To celebrate The English Shop’s 90th anniversary in 2024, we created an infusion that we wanted to be joyful in appearance and original in its blend. It combines bergamot, the traditional signature of Earl Grey tea, with the fresh notes of sweet mint and the indulgent taste of strawberry. It has since become one of the shop’s bestsellers — and may soon be your favourite infusion!
Brewing advice: Steep for 4 to 5 minutes in water at 90°C. It is also delicious iced: for a 1 L jug, add 10 g of Ninety (for example in a paper or stainless steel infuser) and steep for 1 hour at room temperature. Then remove the infusion and refrigerate the jug for several hours before serving.
When to enjoy it? In the afternoon or evening.

The tea/herbal tea is packaged in a recyclable paper sachet bearing the product name, brand name and brewing instructions.
This sachet is lined with a protective PLA film on the inside, ensuring the product is kept in optimal condition.
