Inspired creations since the 1990s
André Hamel, a trained pastry chef, created his first tea blends in the 1990s. Among them, 4 agrumes combines black teas with natural lemon, orange and bergamot flavours, finished with a hint of grapefruit.
The Rouen Museum of Fine Arts then commissioned him to create a tea for the first “Rouen Impressionnistes” exhibition. The result was Dans un jardin, a tea whose flower petals evoke the colour palette of a painting.
Happy Christmas is our most recent Christmas tea blend. Its spicy flavours, paired with a distinctive almond note, have already won over many tea lovers during the festive season.
In 2011, André passed his recipes on to us. We went on to develop our own creations, including 1934, a tea crafted to celebrate the shop’s 80th anniversary, and Ninety, the joyful infusion created for its 90th anniversary.
